Product names, pack sizes and images come from the shared product master. Bay-specific MRP, offer price and publication status come from the bay offer record.

Bay offers & prices
Create offers by assigning a product to a bay. Publish to make them customer-visible.
Bulk import products into a bay
Select an existing bay, upload your Excel/CSV product list, and import MRP and sales price as bay offers.
product_name, mrp, and sales_price. Optional columns: pack size, unit, brand, barcode, image URL. Existing products are matched by barcode when provided, otherwise by product name and pack size. Missing products are added to Product Master automatically.
Bay management
Create stable bay records. QR links can use the bay ID and remain permanent when offers change.
Generate customer website HTML
Download the standalone neon-motion customer page connected to this store's Supabase data.
The downloaded file is a separate customer website. Upload it to your customer hosting location (for example, a separate Cloudflare Pages project). The Bay Manager remains private. If you change Supabase project credentials later, regenerate the customer HTML from this page.
What the generated page includes
These customer features use the same published records as the manager.
Product master
Keep product details in one record so every bay page uses the same product information.
CSV import adds or updates product records using the barcode as the matching key when provided. Supported headers: product_name, pack_size, brand, barcode, image_url, description, unit. CSV only in this first build; Excel .xlsx support can be added next.
